Even better is that you don't have to go very far to catch them! Along with the spots that have been hot all year, the bay is also producing some nice fish. Don't be afraid to fish shallow. Some of these photos came out of depths 15 feet and under. Depths range from 8' - 40' depending on wind, temperature and method of fishing. Locations also range from Sutton Bay to Dodge Draw. Some are using nightcrawlers or leeches on spinners, propellers and butterfly blades. Others prefer to fish deeper using jigging raps, flicker shads and other plugs of choice. I know this sounds like one the vaguest fishing reports we've ever posted, but long story short, the fishing is good and where/how you fish is your choice. North seems to be the sweet spot for limits. Depths range from 6'-15' with both minnows and crawlers being used. </span> </p> <p> <br/> </p> <p> <span> Shore fishing also continues to be excellent in the Whitlock Bay area.
